Amber's payment options for clients seeking psychotherapy/counseling are as follows: 

• For clients residing in Colorado Amber is an "In Network" provider with the following insurances:
  • Aetna 
  • Medicaid:
    • Colorado Access
    • Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA)
• For clients residing in North Carolina and Washington state, Amber is an "In Network" provider with the following insurance:
  • Aetna
• For any client who is uninsured, prefers not to use insurance, or has insurance that Amber is not "In-Network" with, Amber's out-of-pocket "Self Pay" full fees are as follows: 
  • $150 per initial Intake session
  • $130 per 50 minute Individual Therapy session
  • $140 per 60 minute Individual Therapy session
  • $170 per 90 minute Individual Therapy session
• A sliding scale option is available for clients who are "Self Pay." This sliding scale is shown in the "Good Faith Estimate" document for Colorado residents, and in the "Professional Disclosure Statement" for North Carolina and Washington state residents. These documents are accessable in the Client Forms section of this website.
